Description
The True T-35F-HC reach-in freezer maintains an average temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is visible on the external digital display. Condenser and evaporator fan motors create a consistent air volume, and the evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion. Accessing the refrigeration system is convenient since it is mounted on the bottom of the cabinet, while an automatic defrost feature starts based on time and stops when the unit reaches a certain temperature.
Cold air is retained by polyurethane insulation, as well as the magnetic gaskets around the doors. The cabinet can be accessed through the stainless steel doors with 12-inch recessed handles, and the exterior of the cabinet is stainless steel and aluminum for strength. To simplify cleaning, the interior floor has coved corners while the product sits on six PVC-coated shelves that are adjustable, accommodating a variety of items. For internal visibility, the True T-35F-HC two-section freezer has LED interior lights.
