Perfect for high capacity and high production cooking, the Bakers Pride BPF-6575 Restaurant Series floor fryer features four high performance tube style burners that offer instant recovery at peak production periods. Thermostatic controls allow you to adjust the temperature from 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Its tube-fired heating system is designed so oil rapidly heats to the set temperature, thanks to extra heat transfer around the tubes. For superior safety, if the temperature of the fryer reaches the hi-limit, a safety shut-off system shuts off 100% of the gas.
Each floor fryer comes complete with two chrome plated fryer baskets with cool grip plastic coated handles that ensure comfort when lifting. The Bakers Pride BPF-6575 features a deep cold zone with a forward sloping bottom to ease cleanup. A large removable crumb screen catches debris under the cooking area, preventing carbonization of food particles and wasteful oil deterioration. It features an all stainless steel exterior.
