Description
This reversible, bench model dough sheeter from Axis is designed to baking industry sanitation standards and is ideal for sheeting and stretching puff pastry, bread, or any type of dough. The dough sheeter has a heavy-duty steel base, specially treated precision sheeting rollers with a durable steel conveyor table and catch pans.
The thickness can be adjusted on this dough sheeter between 3-50mm and it operates with a simple, single push button. There are safety guards on both sides of the roller of the dough sheeter and both sides of the conveyor table fold up in seconds to conserve counter space. There is an aluminum alloy head housing on this dough sheeter and it has a roller speed approximately 540mm per second.
