The rugged stainless steel exterior body is easy to clean and protects the unit from rust and corrosion. What’s more, a stainless steel standing pilot for each flute ensures instant ignition.

Compact unit with great quality. It cooks anything I put in it in a fast and even manner. The food is cooked all the way through and not raw or rare on the inside. The knobs function well and are not too tight nor too loose that switching them on and setting them becomes an issue. It’s a great replacement for my makeshift open flame griddle and cleaning isn’t a hassle as well. This is overall, a great product for a small business like our food truck.
