Description
The 757-EV is an ENERGY STAR certified high-temperature rack dishwasher from Jet Tech with a built-in booster that will clean up to 60 racks per hour, utilizing a 1-2-3-4 wash cycle. The body, external housing, wash tank, and all chassis components on this high-temperature rack dishwasher are brushed stainless steel. Height of product can be extended to 78.75″. The minimum wash temperature is 150 degrees, while the minimum rinse temperature is 185 degrees.
There are built-in rinse additive pumps and detergent pumps on this high-temperature rack dishwasher that includes two 19.75″ x 19.75″ capacity racks.
The Jet Tech 757-E high-temperature rack dishwasher is an electric unit that operates at 208-240 Volts/60 Hz. There are two washing pumps, each with a power level of 1 HP.
