This 48″ Commercial Gas Range by Migali comes with four powerful 32,000 BTU burners, two 24,000 BTU ovens and a 21,000 BTU griddle. The range also features heavy duty cast iron removable trivets, adjustable oven shelves and porcelain enamel over steel interior.

The Migali Competitor gas range is a wonderful. My pub is growing and so is the need for my cooked dishes. The surface of every pan heats up evenly. The food heats up great and the cook time is faster with 4 burners and a griddle top. My cooks are enjoying every use of this shining piece of equipment and this is something I highly recommend for any pub or bar owners to use.

I find myself enjoying the griddle more because of the way my mushroom burgers are selling. This also has a great price compared to the ones I’ve see available and I feel like it does more for me than the actual cost it was worth. Highly recommending this and Migali with all who wants to restaurant quality equipment.
