The Migali® C-G36 36″ wide, manual griddle is essential to most commercial kitchens and restaurants. This model is designed with a 20″ deep, 3/4″ thick steel cooking surface and includes (3) chrome temperature knobs. Migali® “U” shape burners are robust, creating an even temperature across the cooking surface. Finally, the C-G36 is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, chrome accents and stainless steel adjustable legs.

This unit is shipped for natural gas but has a propane orifice kit for in-field conversion. The cooking surface is 3/4″ thick, with beautifully polished steel which is designed for even heating. You’ll never have to worry about only one side of a pancake cooking more than the other. The surface of the cooking area is 20″ deep, and uses three U-shaped burners. Each burner has its own manually controlled knob. This unit contains a stainless-steel grease trough with a wide opening. At the end of a long, busy day you’ll be able to easily dispose of the grease.
