The search for an affordable top of the line fryer is over since my new Copper Beech was delivered. I got a great deal with Plant Based Pros and I know that the deal is definitely worth it. This fryer can distribute heat well so fish and chips, fries, and other deep-fried foods are really cooked to perfection. You’ll know that when your chef gets excited, it spills into the dining room exciting my customers. I’ll be back for more great equipment and deals.

This Copper Beech split fryer really did amazing in the last week that I’ve been using it. I bought it because my old one broke and I needed one urgently. Affordable and handled fast, shipping went great as was expected. The heat distribution did justice to my fried green tomatoes which is my most favorite on my menu. The oil doesn’t burn and the food just cooks evenly on all sides. This is a much needed replacement and an even better fryer than my old one. I’m glad I purchased this as a replacement.

Due to high demand for deep fried food, I need a more capable fryer than my electric one. The oil does not need a full 5 minutes just to heat up. This Copper Beech fryer just needs a couple of minutes to get me up and running whenever needed. Very easy to recover all crumbs from breading and small cuts of fries.
