The Hatco MC-11 mini compact booster water heater holds 3.2 gallons of hot water at 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the threshold needed for proper sanitizing. Insulated with fiberglass, this unit recovers temperatures fast for consistent use. For installation near the dishwasher, this booster comes with 6-inch legs that lift it off the floor to prevent overheating.
With its stainless steel front, the Hatco MC-11 mini compact booster water heater can be wiped clean. The unit has a powder-coated, silver hammertone body with a black base. Employees can monitor it using two temperature gauges and, to ensure the correct levels, this unit has a temperature-relief valve and a pressure-reducing valve. To protect the elements from burning out, this booster has a low-water cut-off feature.
