To hold prepared foods for long periods of time in concession stands and convenience stores, the Hatco LFST-48-1X Flav-R-Savor non-humidified large-capacity merchandising cabinet uses left and right heaters for even heat dispersion. Operators can adjust temperatures with the selector dial, and when temperatures fluctuate, the unit’s airflow rate recovers temperatures quickly. This large-capacity unit includes a multipurpose rack with three shelves adjustable in 2-inch increments; these shelves can be displayed horizontally or at a slant. Each shelf accommodates standard 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans.
This Hatco LFST-48-1X table top hot food display measures 48.81 inches wide by 25.35 inches deep by 30.01 inches high-ideal for countertop applications-and it’s warm red adds a splash of color to neutral themes. Six incandescent bulbs illuminate the case’s interior, while tempered glass panels provide a full view of displayed items. This cafeteria-style service station features a front glass panel and two rear French doors that self-close to minimize temperature loss. To advertise displayed contents, operators can purchase signs for the unit’s sign holders, which are integrated on each side.
