Hatco HWBI-5DA Drop-In Hot Food Well w/ (5) Full Size Pan Capacity

Because it’s insulated, the Hatco HWBI-5DA drop-in hot food well retains food temperatures until product is served. Water in the wells refills automatically, while a built-in drain helps users empty the water and clean the unit after use. The five wells each accommodate a full-size food pan that can hold main courses or side items as needed. This top-mounted unit includes EZ locking hardware to facilitate installation.

The Hatco HWBI-5DA heated well measures 71.50 inches wide by 23.63 inches deep by 9.63 inches high. It features a remote control system with a thermostat dial for temperature adjustment and an on/off switch that’s separate from the one on the unit. Made of stainless steel and aluminized steel, this well is corrosion resistant and durable enough for high-volume use.
