During peak meal times, the Hatco HDW-2 drawer warmer can hold warm meat, vegetables, and rolls for serving. Adjustable sliding vents and individual thermostatic controls on both drawers support safe holding of various hot foods. Because the drawers have separate on/off switches, operators can use one drawer during slow meal times and turn both drawers off when not in use to save electricity.

For maximum energy efficiency, this Hatco HDW-2 drawer warmer has an insulated top and sides, and its drawers are made from rugged stainless steel with durable nylon rollers and heavy-duty slides. Likewise, the unit’s body is constructed of sturdy stainless steel that resists scrapes and scratches. To hold food, both drawers come with a 6-inch-deep pan that can be lifted out for cleaning. This drawer warmer is raised off the floor with 4-inch legs, enabling users to clean underneath without moving it.
