The Hatco HDW-1N freestanding warmer drawer has one drawer with heavy-duty slides to withstand repeated opening and closing. It includes one standard, 6-inch-deep food pan to hold meat, vegetables, and a variety of products, keeping them warm until they’re served. The cavity is fully insulated to retain heat and reduce energy loss, while the temperature can be adjusted using thermostatic controls. A constant readout of the temperature is provided on a monitor to keep users informed.

Made of stainless steel, the Hatco HDW-1N warming drawer is durable and resistant to rusting and corroding. The unit has a narrow composition, measuring 20.88 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 11 inches high. With its freestanding design, it’s positioned on 4-inch legs that elevate it off the floor and enable cleaning underneath.
