Hatco GRAL-48
To improve food presentation, the Hatco GRAL-48 Glo-Ray infrared strip heater features incandescent lights. The lights, which also resist shattering, protect foods from accidental bulb breakage. Each of the 60-watt Teflon-coated bulbs is placed a foot apart for even lighting. Housed in an extruded aluminum unit, the lights and the sheathed tubular heating element have a mounted design as the structure is supported with four stainless steel shelf-mounting tabs.
Using prefocused heat patterns, the Hatco GRAL-48 commercial infrared strip heater avoids cold spots and overcooking foods. Its reflector won’t blacken to keep the patterns stable over time. With a 48-inch-wide by 9-inch-deep by 2.5-inch-high structure, the heater has a 120-watt structure-a good choice for short-term heating in cafeterias, schools, and convenience stores.
