Each shelf measures 59.87 inches wide by 22 inches deep and includes black inset panels that create a neutral backdrop to improve food presentation. These slanted shelves let foods slide toward the front as items are removed, creating an accessible self-service station.

This Hatco GR2SDS-60D merchandising display warmer’s open pass-thru configuration lets employees load fresh pizzas, hot dogs, and breakfast sandwiches into the back without interfering with customers. Because this unit lacks doors, upper infrared heaters direct heat toward the shelves’ outer edges, where heat is most likely to escape. The hard-coated aluminum bases can be thermostatically adjusted from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit for uniform warming.
