With its doorless design, the Hatco FS2HAC-4PT countertop heated display case functions as a pass-thru unit that enables access from both sides for product loading and retrieval. Operators can use digital controls to adjust the temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit’s air baffle and duct design are intended to create a curtain of heated air above the opening, warming each pan evenly to eliminate cold spots. Its four slides accommodate full-size sheet pans suitable for holding chicken and hamburger patties as well as wrapped burritos and tortillas directly on the racks.

The Hatco FS2HAC-4PT dual-service heated display case is mounted on 4-inch legs that provide elevation to prevent overheating. It features a black exterior that blends in unobtrusively in any environment. Because it’s a countertop unit, it measures 24.13 inches wide by 39.06 inches deep by 26.43 inches high.
