Garland X60-6R24RR Description
The Garland X60-6R24RR SunFire range has six open Q-style burners that are set in split cast iron grates. There is a 5/8-inch-thick plate on the 24-inch griddle that withstands the stress created by heating up and cooling down repeatedly. A broiler sits beneath the griddle, making it simple to brown cheese on dishes or create a grill-like quality.
Most of the unit is constructed of stainless steel for strength, resistance to scratches and dents, and ease of cleaning. Making the range easy to use, the control knobs are durable and simple to read. A 4-inch rail at the front make it easy to plate food. Grease splashes and other messes are contained by the stainless steel backsplash, and a removable shelf can hold plates and equipment.
There are two standard ovens in the base of the Garland X60-6R24RR SunFire range. With the adjustable thermostats, there is a low setting and a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Simplifying the cleanup process, the ovens have an aluminized top, back, and sides and a porcelain bottom and interior door. Nickel-plated racks are included, and with rack guides, they can be adjusted to suit different tasks. Since the doors have a heavy-duty construction, they support constant use, while the handles remain cool to the touch to reduce the risk of burns.
