This Hatco GRS-36-E Glo-Ray portable heated shelf measures 36 inches wide by 13.75 inches deep by 5.38 inches high to ensure to-go orders, food pans, and wrapped sandwiches or pastries are warm when they’re ready to serve. Its blanket-style heating foil element disperses heat across the stainless steel shelf in a uniform manner to prevent cold or hot spots that could affect food quality. Operators can adjust temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control, while fiberglass insulation retains heat near the surface to prevent energy loss.
