The Hatco HDW-3 warming unit is a freestanding model built with three drawers, each of which comes with one standard 6-inch-deep food pan and is situated on heavy-duty drawer slides with nylon rollers that ease opening and closing. For the durability to withstand rigorous use in fast-paced settings, this unit is made of stainless steel-a durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can be quickly wiped clean.
To preserve warm air and optimize food quality, the Hatco HDW-3 drawer warmer is insulated and features adjustable sliding vents to release excess humidity. Its drawers’ temperatures are adjustable individually with thermostatic controls, and to prevent accidental modification, the control panels are recessed. So employees can clean the floor beneath it, this unit is raised on 4-inch legs. It measures 29.50 inches wide by 23.88 inches deep by 35.25 inches high overall.
