Description

Blodgett BX-14E

The Blodgett BX-14ESGL full-size combi oven has five stainless steel racks, but it can hold seven 18-inch-by-26-inch sheet pans or (14) 12-inch-by-20-inch hotel pans with 3.25 inches of spacing. Visibility is provided by the halogen lights, so staff can monitor product through the glass window. Since the window is double-paned, it keeps heat inside the cabinet, but the interior glass is hinged for thorough cleaning. The compartment is fully insulated to prevent heat from escaping, and it creates structure.

With manual controls, the operator can adjust the thermostat from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Modes are available for hot air, humidity, and cool down, and with an additional on-demand steam feature, steam can be added to any cycle. Cavity vent control is included so that the user can release steam to prevent soggy food. A multiple speed, reversing fan circulates air evenly throughout the Blodgett BX-14ESGL full-size combi oven.
