Blodgett CTB DBL
For quick rethermalizing, warming, baking, and roasting, the Blodgett CTB DBL electric convection oven is heated with two tubular heaters per baking compartment. A two-speed 1/4-horsepower motor powers its blower wheel, distributing the generated hot air. To simplify operation, staff can adjust temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit on the solid-state thermostat as menus change, choose between cook and cool-down modes, and set the electro-mechanical timer. Solid mineral fiber insulation built into the top, back, sides, and bottom retain heat to minimize temperature fluctuations and energy loss.
This half-size Blodgett CTB DBL convection oven measures 301/4 inches wide by 251/8 inches deep by 691/8 inches tall. To accommodate various baking needs, it’s divided into two baking chambers with five chrome-plated racks that accept five 13-inch by 18-inch half-size bake pans. Users can monitor browning by looking through the compartments’ dual-pane thermal glass windows, and so employees can directly access product, both left-hinged doors open fully. While this oven’s full angle-iron frame’s front, top, sides, and back are corrosion-resistant stainless steel, its interior chambers are made of double-sided porcelain.
