Blodgett BLCT-6E-H

Using a USB port, users can transfer recipes to and from the Blodgett BLCT-6E-H ventless combi oven. It houses 500 recipes with 15 steps each, making it simple to repeat frequently cooked dishes. Users can make adjustments with the touchscreen controls, such as selecting between multiple cooking modes to steam, retherm, and preheat. The interior’s 9-speed fan reverses to provide uniform heating; to ensure food is cooked completely before serving, the unit is equipped with an internal temperature probe. It’s designed for countertop use, and its bottom-mounted drip tray captures oil and debris.

The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H countertop combi oven uses CombiWash for cleaning, which operates without chemicals and very little water. It’s ventless, using a Hoodini Hood to remove smoke, fumes, and steam exhaust. To facilitate water removal after steaming, the bottom has a 1.57-inch fixed drain. It accommodates hotel pans on five wire shelves that enable uniform heat circulation. To monitor food as it cooks, the door is made of glass, and the interior is brightened by halogen lights.
