With its 4-speed reversing fan, the Blodgett CNVX-14E convection oven gives users the ability to cook products at different settings. It has a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can handle a wide range of common restaurant kitchen cooking needs. The oven’s glass door shows food while it is cooking, and its double-paned design improves thermal retention.
The Blodgett CNVX-14E convection oven’s construction features extensive stainless steel, which strengthens the unit and protects it against scraping and denting. Its base stand elevates the oven off the ground and offers storage space for pans and other items. A set of electronic controls includes a hundred programmable options for recipes, accommodating large menus or multiple variations of the same product.
