Blodgett CNVX-14E
The Blodgett CNVX-14E convection oven has a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and can hold as many as 14 full-size food pans-excellent for establishments with high output. Food is heated inside the oven by a 4-speed convection fan that is bi-directional, breaking up airflow for an improved final product.
With its base stand, the Blodgett CNVX-14E convection oven gives kitchen staff a place to store food pans beneath the oven. This base is positioned on casters in order to permit repositioning as necessary. Since the exterior features extensive stainless steel construction, the oven is tough and holds up well against warping and scraping.
