To complement decorative themes in dining halls, hotels, or banquet halls, the Lakeside 2085 WAL Creation Express cooking station sports a walnut-brown laminate along its exterior and doors. This 48-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 40¹/₂-inch-tall unit features a stainless steel top and sides for lasting durability in addition to rust and corrosion resistance. For an upscale detail, its induction stoves feature a ceramic glass cooking surface. Beneath the cooking area, the base includes a welded, 18-gauge stainless steel shelf that can support frequently used utensils and other supplies. To ensure contents don’t fall during transport, two high-density resin particle board doors encase the base. This compact unit is positioned on 5-inch heavy-duty swivel casters that feature non-marking cushion treads to protect flooring; two of the casters are equipped with brakes for stability during use.

More efficient and safer than flame-based cooking methods, the Lakeside 2085 WAL mobile cooking cart uses three induction stoves that rely on electromagnetism to heat induction-ready cookware. Their surfaces remain cool to the touch during cooking for enhanced safety. Each stove’s temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the cooking control panel, while an LED power-level indicator provides a readout of each stove’s heat. To maintain a clean ambient environment during cooking, two built-in downdraft filtration systems use their three-stage exhaust filtration systems to eliminate grease, particulate, smoke, fine particles, gas, and odors. Staff can conveniently access the filtration units for maintenance as they’re mounted on pull-out glide mechanisms.
