It produces H2 nugget ice-an absorbent, chewable type that’s perfect for cooling soft drinks and lemonade. Keeping fresh ice on hand during peak hours, it’s equipped with a 40-pound storage bin. This unit measures 21.25 inches wide by 24.38 inches deep by 35 inches high, overall.

Sturdy and corrosion resistant, the Scotsman HID540AB-1 ice and water dispenser’s auger, evaporator, and exterior panels are made of stainless steel. This metal also offers excellent resistance to dents and scratches, and it’s easy to clean. To expedite cleaning, the key components and control buttons are protected by an antimicrobial agent that inhibits mold, bacteria, and algae growth. This unit is air cooled and operates with R-404a refrigerant.
