With as much as 996 pounds of small-size ice cubes produced daily, the Scotsman C1030SR-32 Prodigy Plus ice machine head is ideal for establishments that need large volumes of ice. This remote-cooled machine is head only and requires a separate storage bin and remote condenser unit for operation. It has Harvest Assist technology that speeds up ice releasing to the bin for shorter ice production times. Built-in antimicrobial protection helps slow bacterial buildup between cleanings, while a one-touch cleaning system saves time and reduces labor costs.

The Scotsman C1030SR-32 commercial ice machine head uses AutoAlert indicator lights to assist operators in keeping tabs on ice production. At the front of the unit, an air filter can be changed as needed, and a self-aligning front panel is accessible to monitor operation. With the WaterSense purge control mechanism, sediment commonly trapped in water is minimized to reduce scale buildup for a good ice taste and odor. Overall, the ice machine head has a 30-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 29-inch-high structure, properly fitting B842S, B049S, BH1100BB, and BH1100SS ice storage bins.
