This Scotsman FS0522W-1 flake ice machine can craft 530 pounds of ice daily in optimal conditions and comes with a B530S bin to store as much as 536 pounds of ice once it’s made. To eliminate gaps between the bin and head, this kit includes the KBT27 bin top that streamlines installation of a 22-inch ice maker on top of a 30-inch bin. For extended storage with reduced melting, polyurethane foam insulates the bin and features scratch-resistant polyethylene interior lining.
With its stainless steel exterior, this Scotsman FS0522W-1 ice maker resists dents and scrapes, and the B530S ice bin has a metallic finish to match the ice maker and enhance the unit’s appearance. Operating with a stainless steel auger and evaporator, the ice machine head resists corrosion and has sealed bearings to ensure smooth operation for extended periods. Its sealed refrigeration system is self-contained and front breathing for a compact unit footprint with no side breathing requirements. To save time and reduce employee labor, the cleaning cycle can be activated with one-touch controls.
