The Scotsman C0530MA-1/B842S Prodigy Plus commercial ice maker and bin produces medium cubes. The head’s stainless steel finish deters rust and corrosion. One-touch cleaning functionality saves the user time compared to manual operation. For efficiency, the front-located air filter can be accessed quickly for maintenance. The head also features WaterSense purge control to combat scale buildup.
With its polyurethane insulation, the Scotsman C0530MA-1/B842S ice machine’s bin keeps product cold and prevents premature melting. For convenience, the door is spring loaded so it can be opened and closed swiftly during busy shifts. The maker includes its own ice scoop which fits the built-in scoop holder.
