The Scotsman C0530SW-1/B530P Prodigy Plus ice maker with bin has a 500-pound daily ice production capacity. Each cycle makes half-cube ice for serving soft drinks, water, and iced tea. One-touch cleaning is available for the ice machine head, along with bacteria-slowing antimicrobial technology and a scale reducer. Diagnostic information and operating status for the ice maker are displayed on the module with indicator lights.

Ice efficiently moves from the machine head to the bin with Harvest Assist technology. As much as 536 pounds of ice fit in the bin. A spring-loaded door simplifies opening and closing, and the hidden hinges facilitate cleaning. A scoop comes with the Scotsman C0530SW-1/B530P ice maker and bin, while a holder is built into the unit for the ice scoop. Made of rotocast plastic, the bin is durable and corrosion resistant.
