The Scotsman C0322SA-1/B330P Prodigy Plus ice maker and bin creates half-cube ice, which works great for quickly cooking drinks and reduces how much liquid is needed to fill a glass. Cubes are created by water running over an evaporator grid, giving them their shape. With WaterSense, the machine adjusts the amount of water based on its quality, resulting in less limescale buildup over time. Additionally, antimicrobial agents molded into the ice machine’s internal components slow bacterial and slime growth to keep water tasting pure. When the machine head needs cleaning or sanitizing, its AutoAlert indicators notify users.
After ice forms, the Harvest Assist probe pushes cubes out of the evaporator grid and into the bin below, and this Scotsman C0322SA-1/B330P ice machine and bin can store 344 pounds of ice for use during busy lunch or dinner hours. For quick access, the bin’s spring-loaded lid opens easily, and its scoop stays firmly in the holder and out of the ice.
