The Scotsman C0522SA-32 half-cube ice machine has a stainless steel finish that resists corrosion and provides durability. To maintain the unit, the front panel self-aligns and includes the air filter for quick access. Slowing the growth of bacteria in crowded kitchens, the unit is coated in AgION antimicrobial. This unit has a one-touch cleaning feature, enabling employees to work on other things in the kitchen rather than spend time cleaning the unit.
To cool the Scotsman C0522SA-32 ice machine head, it uses R-404A refrigerant. In ideal conditions, this unit produces 475 pounds of ice per day; if the air temperature is higher, it produces as much as 340 pounds. When attached to an ice bin or dispenser, harvest assist guides ice from the head to the bin for later use. Its unique QR code can be scanned so employees see vital information about the unit.
