The Scotsman C0322MA-32 ice machine produces full cubes, the largest form of ice after gourmet cubes. These cubes are shaped like rhomboids and are optimal for serving cocktails and other liquors because they melt slowly to preserve the drink’s flavor. This form of ice is popular in Hispanic restaurants because the slow-melting ice is crucial for serving with cuisine developed in hot climates, as well as hotels and bagging operations.

Because the Scotsman C0322MA-32 ice maker is an air-cooled unit, installation is simple. No additional wiring beyond the main electrical connection is required since the entire condensing unit is located within the machine. This machine measures 22 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 34 inches tall and is part of the Prodigy Plus series. It produces 365 pounds of ice a day, and because the condenser is self-contained, plumbing isn’t required.
