The Scotsman C0830SA-32 Prodigy Plus cube ice machine head can produce as much as 905 pounds of small-size ice cubes per day for establishments with a great need for high-volume ice production. This modular air-cooled machine only includes a head and requires a separate storage bin to receive the ice. A WaterSense adaptive purge control system reduces scale buildup and extends the time between cleanings by purging loose minerals in the water reservoir. A QR code connects users to service and warranty information history.

Slowing bacterial growth between cleanings, antimicrobial protection guards are built into the surface of the Scotsman C0830SA-32 commercial cube ice machine head. Its one-touch cleaning system is a self-cleaning mechanism that ensures sanitation while minimizing operator labor. Other components of the machine are self-reliant, such as the Harvest Assist technology that directs ice into a bin for scooping. With a 30-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 29-inch-high structure, it fits securely on top of a bin without taking up too much space.
