Equipex MAJESTIC Double Commercial Panini Press w/ Cast Iron Smooth Plates, 208-240v/1ph

The Equipex MAJESTIC double panini press has smooth, cast iron plates that warm each side evenly and stay hot between uses to speed up cook times. Pushing down levelly on sandwiches, the top plate is counterbalanced, whether food is short or tall. Unlike grooved plates, the smooth plates do not have creases where carbon can get stuck so they are easier to clean, and this unit includes a drip tray that catches waste throughout the day and a scraper for cleaning the plates.

This Equipex MAJESTIC panini press has two sides with their own controls, enabling two sandwiches to be cooked at different temperatures simultaneously. Each side has a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and a red indicator light shows when heat is being added to the plates. Once the desired temperature is reached, the red light will turn off, signaling the unit is ready for grilling.
