It’s divided into two cooking zones, and each is thermostatically controlled for precision. Pilot and temperature lights indicate the unit is currently in operation, and the cooktop can reach a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit’s control panel is recessed to avoid accidental adjustments.

To keep grease from splashing onto nearby equipment, the Equipex PSE-600/1 electric griddle is designed with built-in back and side splashes. Grease is collected in a drawer that operators can remove and empty at the end of the day. Made of smooth cast iron, this griddle supports rigorous use and won’t harbor stuck-on residue. Intended for use on a countertop, it measures 24 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high.
