Equipex PSSE-400 Description
The single cooking zone on the Equipex PSSE-400 electric griddle is useful for cooking burger patties, pancakes, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Its recessed control panel prevents accidental changes and includes an on/off switch and a dial to change the temperature as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. It also comes with indicator lights to show when the pilot is on and when the temperature is high.
This Equipex PSSE-400 commercial griddle has back and side splashes to keep grease from splattering on the wall and nearby equipment. The grease container captures grease that splashes off food and can be removed for cleaning. For durability, the griddle plate is made of enameled steel and the body is made of resilient, long-lasting stainless steel.
