The Vollrath Z4012 Wear-Ever frying pan has a removeable Cool Handle sleeve that does not transfer heat and can endure temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This dish has a durable CeramiGuard II nonstick coating that prevents food from sticking, is PFOA free, and can handle contact with metal utensils. To provide support, EverTite rivets connect the handle to the aluminum alloy pan.
