The Winco AMF-12 muffin pan is lined with (12) 2³/₄-inch-diameter by 1¹/₈-inch-high cups, each of which can hold 3 ounces of batter for consistently sized and shaped muffins. For long-term resilience and corrosion resistance, this 14-inch-long by 11-inch-wide pan is made of aluminum. To extend its service life, it should be washed by hand in warm water with mild soap and a non-abrasive sponge after use.
