An acoustic probe monitors ice thickness with sound waves, preventing cubes from dropping until they are the right size. Specific components can be removed for cleaning, and parts in the food zone are made with antimicrobial protection to reduce bacteria growth between cleanings.

The dispenser has quick on/off activation and a built-in agitator that keeps ice from bridging or clumping.
