The Manitowoc IYT0620A-161/SFA192 Indigo NXT ice machine and dispenser can produce 575 pounds of ice, while the dispenser holds 120 pounds of ice. A chute dispense mechanism prevents ice from spilling, and excess ice is caught by the drain pan. Production can be set by the volume in the dispenser or time of day, and an acoustical probe measures ice thickness before it falls into the dispenser to ensure accuracy.
