Description
Manitowoc Ice RFF1300A Description
In peak conditions, the Manitowoc RFF-1300A ice machine head can produce 1,264 pounds of flaked ice daily. This flaked ice is great for food displays and salad bars because it forms around and cools the product without bruising or damaging it. With its small size, this ice type is also often used in healthcare facilities to decrease the risk of choking among patients. The unit’s condenser is air cooled, so it is swifter to install than a water-cooled unit.
Because the Manitowoc RFF-1300A ice machine’s cabinet is made of reliable, high-load bearings and stainless steel, it resists corrosion and holds up against regular wear and tear. Air flows into the unit on one side and exhausts out the opposite side and rear. It uses R-404A refrigerant to remove heat from the components and form ice.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
